Marketing Tool # 1 - News Articles

Many of you marketers know that there have been studies that have shown people are five times more likely to look at a news article, than an advertisement.

Marketing Tool # 2 - Postcards

You also know that postcards get seen and read at least five times or more than letters. (I throw 90% of my mail in the garbage - - but I do keep the good pieces :-)

Marketing Tool # 3 - Websites

If you're reading this, it means you're on the web. The ability to deliver your message via the web is simply amazing. More people than ever are going to the web to get their information.

Now, What If You Combined All Three Marketing Tools...

...into one super powerful marketing campaign?

By that I mean...

What if you combined the power of a news article, with a postcard and a website.

What you end up with is a postcard on steroids!

Would you like to see such a postcard?

Here it is....

Here's Some Subtle Elements that Make this Campaign

So Powerful...

Element # 1 - The Postcard Format

Notice that the news article looks like it was run in an actual newspaper. Well, it wasn't...it just looks like it was.

And notice how the news article was cut out with special scissors. Perhaps if it had a border that was torn out of a paper it would have been even more attention.

Element # 2 - The News Article Style

Notice that this news article was written by "Erica Alexander" a "Freelance Health Correspondent."

Well, if I'm right...that's just a pen name to make the news article seem authentic.

Element # 3 - The Return to Work Program

Notice how Dr. Nielsen started a program and gave it an official name, "The Rapid Return to Work Program."

Putting a name on your services can provide a powerful draw because it creates a perception that the program really works and has worked for many people already.

Element # 4 - The "DocNielsenNews.com" Website

Notice that Dr. Nielsen sends people a website to get more information. Small postcards only have a limited amount of space, so Dr. Nielsen smartly created a one webpage site that tells the "whole story." Very smart.

As usual, the "Copywriting Chiropractor" has come up with another winner.
