Hi David,

I always do call them and 99% of the time I get a new card number from them, or they apologize and tell me they just added money to their account so try again and it works.

But after 15 years to have 2 in one month that either won't answer the phone, return calls or their voicemail has been full for weeks is kind of strange.

I guess I've just been lucky all these years and will just write these
2 off.
