In Response To: collecting money from non payers? (Ron)

Hi Ron.

Welcome to the world of multiple payment plans.

I've had that happen to me multiple times.

I would just politely call them up and ask them for payment.

You can press the issue, but I never try to upset people because there are some weirdos out there that can easily damage your reputation.

For instance, go search for "Craig Proctor" in Google.

You'll find his site in the top spot...but right under it is a site with the title, "Craig Proctor Lied to Me!"

It's a blog bashing Craig.

I hate seeing this happen to people who are trying to help out other people by providing them with information that will work if you just take the effort to implement it.

So, call them up. Ask them politely for their credit card number so that you can charge them. If they say NO, then have a delicate conversation with them.

Always leave on a positive note.

Hey, sometimes you have to divorce people and just lick your wounds.

All the best.

David
