Jimmy,

Just an assumption here, but I'm guessing Don's info product on the cd is in PDF format and it's protected with a password.

It's pretty easy to do even with free PDF creation programs and you can get more details here http://www.planetpdf.com/enterprise/article.asp?ContentID=PasswordprotectPDFdocuments
