What program do you use to capture what you do on the comp -- in the form of a video?

That is, you are on the computer, doing this + that, and narrating it all using a mic. There's some software that will capture all that so you can send/sell that video of you explaining what you're doing on the comp (perhaps demostrating how to use a certain software, etc.).

Anything cheap/free that'll accomplish that?

Let me know. Thanks. I'm on a learning/creating binge. I figured I'd make hay while the sun shines!
