That's an interesting link.

I've been using http://www.pdf995.com for quite a long time. The free version is fully functional, just shows you a couple of ads when you run it.

The only issue with pdf995 is that all web links have to be spelled like this: http://www.thisisalink.com. You can't create a clickable "hot" link like <this is a link>. That is typically the issue with most inexpensive and free PDF converters.

Open Office has a built-in feature to print to PDF. (http://www.openoffice.org)
