I host clients who need it at sitehost4u.com. Starting plans at $5.99 per month. Support is good.

You don't have to host your website with godaddy. Many people who use them to register their domain names host their sites someplace else. It is just a matter of updating your name servers so that the domain name actually points at the hosting account your service provider sets up for you.
