1) What pdf compiler is good to use for creating ebook info products?

2) What are some good, cheap, RESPONSIVE (customer care) hosting co's? Also, can I own a domain name through godaddy abd still have the site hosted by another co? -- Or must I own the doamin name 'through' the hosting comapny?
