send the owner of the real estate company a video showing you pulling up to several of his listed houses showing there are NO &^#$#&^# FLIERS in the holders! -- then look into the camera and say, "Mr. Smithers, by my calculation, at this very moment, you have 18-million dollars worth of RE on the market with NO FLIERS IN THE HOLDERS!!!

Then offer a service which 2x a week, goes out and replenishes the fliers. Nothing stopping you from signing up several RE companies so you could multi-task on your rounds.
